These days, being hot isn’t just about winning the DNA lottery and hiring a good stylist. The sexiest women alive have conquered social media and dominate newsfeeds. They make or break trends. And with millions of fans following everything they do, these women are as savvy as they are sexy, their careers expanding into new territory all the time.
The faces to break a thousand hearts deserve our applause and more, especially considering that these women are actresses, singers, models, and bona fide businesspeople. Let it be known that our annual round-up of the hottest women in the world aren’t just pretty faces (though we’re hardly complaining).
Without further ado, let’s get into the 40 hottest women in the world right now. If you’re specifically here for film and TV stars, see our current ranking of Hollywood’s hottest actresses.
The Hottest Women in 2026
1. The Sexiest Woman Alive: Rihanna
The queen of Bajan pop has spent two decades turning music fame into something much larger. Fourteen Billboard Hot 100 No. 1s established the pop career; Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Savage X Fenty turned her into a genuine business force. Rather than pin her place here to a volatile net-worth estimate, the more durable point is that Rihanna remains one of the rare celebrities whose influence crosses music, beauty, fashion and business at global scale. That’s why she remains #1.

2. Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez has outgrown every label attached to her early career. She’s still a major music star, but Only Murders in the Building reinforced her acting credentials while Rare Beauty grew from a celebrity launch into a substantial beauty business. Add one of the world’s largest social audiences and a public profile that moves comfortably between entertainment, beauty and philanthropy, and #2 remains easy to defend.

3. Adriana Lima
Adriana Lima, heralded as one of the hottest women in the world, has been a beacon in the modeling industry, known for her striking presence as a long-standing Victoria’s Secret Angel.
Her remarkable journey from winning Ford’s “Supermodel of Brazil” competition to becoming a global fashion icon underscores her diverse heritage and versatile talent, encompassing high-profile runway shows, commercials, and magazine covers worldwide.
Lima’s enduring influence and success in fashion, acting, and business ventures exemplify her status as a multifaceted and influential figure in the world of beauty and style.

4. Kate Upton
Supermodel Kate Upton is curvaceous and bodacious, and her four Sports Illustrated Swimsuit covers have certainly celebrated that fact. She also graced the cover of the 100th-anniversary Vanity Fair cover, and she’s appeared on the covers of Italian, American and British Vogue.
Basically, she’s an international sensation, and it’s not hard to see why. Upton is a supermodel of the top degree, and that’s why she’ll always earn her spot on the hottest woman list.

5. Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson has long since moved beyond being defined by Black Widow. Since the Marvel years, she’s led Jurassic World Rebirth, worked with Wes Anderson, made her feature-directing debut with Eleanor the Great, and continued choosing projects that move between blockbuster scale and filmmaker-driven work. She briefly became the highest-grossing actor of all time in 2025 before Zoe Saldaña passed her in 2026 — which says more about the size of Johansson’s career than any stale lifetime-gross number could. Why she stays this high: longevity, global recognition and a career that is still actively evolving.

6. Jenna Ortega
Jenna Ortega’s rise to prominence, highlighted by her role in “Wednesday,” marks her as a dynamic presence in Hollywood. Her early career on Disney Channel laid the foundation for a versatile actress capable of embracing complex characters, enriching her performances with her heritage.
Jenna’s dedication to breaking cultural barriers in film and television has not only garnered critical acclaim but also made her a beacon for young talent, embodying the essence of one of the hottest women in the world with both grace and power.

7. Bella Hadid
Bella Hadid doesn’t need facial-symmetry math to justify her place here. She’s one of the defining models of her generation, with a fashion influence that extends well beyond the runway. In 2026, her Orebella fragrance business entered its third year while she remained active in luxury campaigns and high-profile fashion appearances. The better argument for Bella is the obvious one: she can disappear from the runway for stretches and still reset the fashion conversation when she returns.

8. Sydney Sweeney
Sydney Sweeney’s old profile aged faster than almost anyone’s on this list. The current case starts with Euphoria and The White Lotus, then adds the surprise rom-com hit Anyone But You and the roughly $400 million global run of The Housemaid. She’s also turned producing and brand partnerships into real leverage rather than side projects. Why she rises: the commercial evidence has caught up with the attention. She is no longer simply one of Hollywood’s most discussed young actresses; she’s repeatedly shown she can convert that attention into audiences.

9. Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid has evolved from supermodel into fashion entrepreneur without giving up the job that made her famous. She remains a major runway presence while expanding Guest in Residence, her cashmere label, into a broader lifestyle proposition — the kind of crossover between celebrity and designer fashion that few models sustain for this long. In 2026 the brand moved into denim, while Hadid continued appearing at the biggest fashion weeks. Why she remains Top 10: very few models have converted peak-era fame into this kind of durable fashion business and cultural relevance.

10. Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence, one of the sexiest women alive, is known for her roles in both blockbuster franchises and independent dramas and emerged as a leading Hollywood actress with films grossing over $6 billion globally.
Crowned the world’s highest-paid actress in 2015 and 2016, her early roles on television led to her breakthrough in “Winter’s Bone.” Lawrence gained international fame with “The Hunger Games” and “X-Men” series, winning an Academy Award for “Silver Linings Playbook.” Advocating for women’s rights and founding a charity, she’s also ventured into production with Excellent Cadaver.

11. Beyonce
Beyonce is the queen bee, and everybody knows it, which is why no “hottest woman” list would be complete without her. Her star knows no limits, made evident by the fact that she almost never does press and still manages to sell her albums like hot cakes.
She’s won an astounding 32 Grammy Awards to date, the female artist with the most Grammy wins ever. Her accomplishments aren’t limited to her music career, as she’s also wife to Jay-Z (ever heard of him?) and mother of three. She’s the GOAT, and undeniably one of the most sexiest women in the world.

12. Sabrina Carpenter
Sabrina Carpenter’s old profile dramatically understated what happened next. Espresso and Please Please Please pushed her into pop’s top tier, Short n’ Sweet turned that momentum into an era rather than a viral moment, and major awards and sold-out touring followed, with her also taking a headline slot at Coachella 2026. The Disney-to-Broadway résumé still matters, but in 2026 the stronger story is that Carpenter became a genuine global pop star with a style identity almost as recognizable as the songs.

13. Jessica Alba
Jessica Alba, celebrated as one of the sexiest women alive and for her dynamic presence in Hollywood, transitioned from a military family background to become a noted figure in cinema. Her career, highlighted by roles in “Dark Angel,” “Sin City,” and “Fantastic Four,” showcases her range from action to drama.
Beyond acting, Alba’s influence extends to producing and entrepreneurship, underpinned by her advocacy for social causes, embodying her multifaceted contributions to both the entertainment industry and beyond.

14. Ana de Armas
Ana de Armas, born in Cuba in 1988, rapidly ascended in the acting world, from her Havana theater school beginnings at 14 to starring roles by 16. Her journey took her from Cuba to Spain, and finally to Hollywood, where she shone in “War Dogs” and “Blade Runner 2049.” Recently, she captivated audiences in “Blonde,” earned a lead in the “John Wick” spin-off “Ballerina,” and teamed up again with Chris Evans in “Ghosted.”
Her undeniable screen presence, remarkable talent, and stunning beauty, alongside her dynamic and challenging roles, have solidified her status among the world’s hottest women and most talented actresses.

15. Zendaya
Zendaya, a multifaceted talent from Oakland, California, has evolved from a child model and Disney star to a leading figure in Hollywood and music, acclaimed for her roles in “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” “The Greatest Showman,” and “Euphoria.”
Her work, including launching a clothing line and serving as an ambassador for Convoy of Hope, alongside her groundbreaking Emmy win for “Euphoria,” cements her as a significant influence and role model for young audiences globally.

16. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, a prominent figure in the fashion and film industry, has graced numerous Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows and covers of prestigious magazines like Vogue and Elle.
Recognized for her contributions to modeling and her roles in “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” and “Mad Max: Fury Road,” she has earned accolades such as Elle’s 2009 Model of the Year.
Born into an English family with noble ancestry, she has been engaged to Jason Statham since 2016, complementing her professional achievements with a notable personal life.

17. Ariana Grande
New for 2026. Ariana Grande has long had the music career to belong on this list; Wicked made the omission impossible to defend. Add a global beauty business, major fashion presence and one of pop’s most recognizable voices, and she fits the broader FashionBeans definition of cultural heat unusually well.

18. Emily Ratajkowski
There’s only one Emily Ratajkowski, and you still can’t pronounce her name properly. The beautiful woman that made ‘Blurred Lines’ a cultural phenomenon (though only Robin Thicke can be blamed for the backlash) has gone from strength-to-strength in Hollywood.
She’s not simply content with steaming up your Instagram feed, either. The London-born model is making a play for the big screen too, appearing as an actress in Gone Girl and We Are Your Friends in all her wonderful, technicolor glory.

19. Charlize Theron
Beauty doesn’t have an age limit, and 46-year-old Charlize Theron proves it. She’s one of the world’s highest paid actresses, recipient of multiple awards, including an Academy Award and Golden Globe, and she’s drop-dead gorgeous to boot.
Her performance in Monster won her the coveted Best Actress Award, though her breakout role was in the horror flick, The Devil’s Advocate. Theron has been gracing our screens for over 20 years, and we hope she never stops.

20. Gal Gadot
She first caught our attention when she appeared as Wonder Woman in 2017, but we were even more intrigued when we discovered that Gal Gadot is a real-life superhero. Originally from Israel, Gadot served two years in the Israel Defense Forces as a soldier.
Picking that is enough to make our jaws drop, but Gal is ever the overachiever, as she also holds the title of Miss Israel. She’s beauty, she’s grace, and she can kick your ass. Basically, our dream girl.

21. Dua Lipa
New for 2026. Few current stars sit as comfortably at the intersection of music, fashion and global celebrity as Dua Lipa. Her runway-level style profile, huge international audience and increasingly broad screen presence make her one of the clearest additions to a list that extends well beyond Hollywood actresses.

22. Blake Lively
Gossip Girl was the mid-noughties’ biggest guilty pleasure, labeled as one of the most shocking teen dramas of its time. It wasn’t. Blake Likely, however, was one of the best things about it.
She’s graduated from piss-poor scripts about Upper East Side brats and is taking on decidedly more adult roles – while also being a wife and full-time parent alongside Ryan Reynolds. She’s still one of the hottest women in Hollywood and beyond, with beauty that transcends age and time. The Age Of Adaline star gets our XOXO.

23. Kendall Jenner
There are hot women, and then there are the Kardashian-Jenners. The Kardashians are the Hollywood equivalent of an indulgent, definitely-not-good-for-you meal — you know you shouldn’t, but resistance is futile. One of the younger flagbearers – Kendall – is proving to be far less divisive than the TV show that propelled her family to fame.
Which is a real cultural anomaly, considering her CV. First, there was that ill-advised Pepsi ad for this model. Then those Notorious BIG ‘vintage’ t-shirts that transposed her own face alongside one of hip hop’s most revered figures – despite the fact they’d never even met. And we still forgive her, every single time. Can’t imagine why.

24. Margot Robbie
Margot Robbie has moved well beyond the breakthrough story that started with The Wolf of Wall Street. Barbie became a global phenomenon, but just as important was what happened behind the camera: Robbie’s LuckyChap production company helped turn the film into both a commercial event and a Best Picture nominee. She now sits in the unusually powerful position of being both an A-list actress and a producer capable of shaping which projects get made.

25. Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian haters can back off. Not only did she reclaim excessive use of the letter K back from hood-wearing rednecks, but she’s also made a mint by identifying what the people want: her. Through Instagram, television, and magazine covers, the most famous Kardashian has built a $4 billion brand by just being her.
She has not one business, but several, ranging from makeup to shapewear, and throws some of the most lavish parties in Hollywood, on top of being a mother of four, thanks to rap legend, Kanye West. Detractors may feel entitled to their criticism, but it won’t put them on the same pay grade… or make her any less sexy.

26. Florence Pugh
New for 2026. Pugh has built the rare career that can move from prestige drama to Marvel-scale filmmaking without losing credibility in either direction. Her red-carpet style has become nearly as recognizable as the performances, giving her a stronger case here than acting success alone would.

27. Priyanka Chopra
Don’t ever discount Bollywood. Not only is it one of the most profitable film industries in the world, but it’s also given rise to hot women like Priyanka Chopra to spread the message abroad. Appearing in over sixty films across all four corners of the globe, the actress caused the world to listen up to Indian cinema and, better yet, take it seriously.
She’s also making the switch to Western movies, with a raft of blockbusters already under her belt. And, her high-profile marriage to Nick Jonas is the envy of love-sick women everywhere.

28. Mila Kunis
Mila Kunis has been famous for so long that it’s easy to mistake familiarity for inactivity. The That ’70s Show and Black Swan years established her, but her staying power comes from moving comfortably between comedy, drama, voice work and producing without needing to live in the celebrity-news cycle. Her placement is less about a single 2026 project than enduring recognition and a screen persona audiences have known for decades.

29. Ashley Graham
Ashley Graham: proof that beauty comes in all sizes, and a collective sigh of contentment from men and women the world over. The 34-year-old American model changed the perceptions of an industry obsessed with cookie-cutter sizes when she graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in 2016, the first plus-size model to do so.
Although there’s much more work to do, we can sit Graham atop a trend that’ll stimulate some welcome change. Nothing screams “hottest women” quite like some curves.

30. Emilia Clarke
Game of Thrones made Emilia Clarke globally recognizable, but treating Daenerys as the end of her résumé badly dates the story. She’s continued across film, television and stage, with 2026 projects including the crime series Criminal and the feature Next Life. Clarke’s appeal has also survived something many franchise stars struggle with: audiences still see the person rather than only the character that made her famous.

31. Hailee Steinfeld
New for 2026. An Oscar nominee as a teenager, Steinfeld has since built a career across film, television, music and fashion. Her acclaimed turn in Sinners gave that unusually broad résumé fresh momentum and makes #31 a deliberately conservative entry point.

32. Megan Fox
Megan Fox became one of the defining sex symbols of the 2000s through Transformers, then watched Jennifer’s Body grow from misunderstood release into a genuine cult classic. Her place here shouldn’t depend on whichever relationship is generating headlines in a given year. It rests on something more durable: two decades of beauty, style and pop-culture influence, plus a screen image that younger stars still reference.

33. Irina Shayk
Irina Shayk never needed the comeback this article once predicted — she kept working. The Russian supermodel remains a fixture in major fashion editorials, campaigns and runways, including a prominent appearance at Vogue World: Milan in 2026 wearing archival Versace. Her longevity is the point: Shayk has stayed relevant through multiple fashion cycles without turning herself into a nostalgia act.

34. Jasmine Tookes
Jasmine Tookes is no longer simply the young Victoria’s Secret model described in the old version of this article. Her résumé now spans years of luxury and commercial fashion work, including recent campaigns for Bulgari, Missoni and J.Crew, and she returned to open the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. That combination of longevity and current work makes her a much stronger #34 than an age-based profile ever did.

35. Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner’s influence is easier to understand without revisiting the old “self-made billionaire” debate. Kylie Cosmetics turned social-media attention into a real beauty business, while her fashion, beauty and lifestyle ventures have kept her commercially relevant long after the first wave of reality-TV fame. Her move up this year reflects that staying power: whatever you think of the Kardashian-Jenner machine, Kylie has proved unusually good at converting attention into brands.

36. Thylane Blondeau
At 25, Thylane Blondeau, celebrated as one of the hottest women in the world, has seamlessly transitioned from a child prodigy on Jean Paul Gaultier’s runway to a global fashion icon and accomplished actress.
Her multifaceted career, highlighted by a partnership with L’Oréal and memorable acting roles such as in “Belle et Sébastien, l’aventure continue,” showcases her wide-ranging talents. Signed with IMG Models, Blondeau continues to influence fashion well beyond the catwalk, while her life in Aix-en-Provence and her distinctive stature in the modeling world underscore her unique presence in the industry.

37. Olivia Wilde
Olivia Wilde’s career changed direction, and the old profile never caught up. She is no longer best described through House or Tron: Legacy; directing became a major part of her identity through Booksmart and Don’t Worry Darling. She continues to develop and direct studio projects, including the 2026-announced comedy Naughty. Her place here now reflects filmmaker status, enduring style influence and celebrity recognition rather than an old acting résumé.

38. Angelababy
Angelababy remains here for a reason a U.S.-only ranking could easily miss: this is supposed to be a list of the hottest women in the world. The Hong Kong-born model, actress and media personality retains enormous recognition across China and other Asian markets, with 2026 fashion appearances and social content still generating substantial attention. Her entertainment career has had quieter periods, but her cross-market beauty and fashion profile remains unusually large.

39. Sadie Sink
Sadie Sink captivates as one of the hottest women in the world, rising from theater roots to stellar roles in “Stranger Things” and “Fear Street.” Her transition from popular to arthouse cinema, especially in “The Whale,” showcases her versatile talent and compelling screen presence. Her journey from community theater to Broadway and onto major film and TV roles, combined with her significant impact on audiences and critics alike, marks her as a standout figure in contemporary entertainment.

40. Emma Watson
Emma Watson’s current story is unusual precisely because she hasn’t spent the last few years chasing another blockbuster. After Harry Potter, Beauty and the Beast, Little Women and a decade of global fame, she stepped back from acting and returned to study at Oxford while continuing advocacy and business interests. That quieter public life lowers her to #40, but it hasn’t erased the global recognition, fashion influence or cultural association that made her a fixture of this list in the first place.

What Changed in 2026
This is an update, not a reset. 36 of the previous Top 40 remain, including the entire Top 5.
New to the Top 40: Ariana Grande (#17), Dua Lipa (#21), Florence Pugh (#26) and Hailee Steinfeld (#31).
Notable risers: Sydney Sweeney moves from #12 to #8, Kylie Jenner from #39 to #35, Jenna Ortega from #8 to #6 and Zendaya from #17 to #15.
Leaving the Top 40: Jourdan Dunn, Chrissy Teigen, Hannah Jeter and Rachel McAdams.
What the 2026 List Tells Us
The biggest change isn’t who’s #1. It’s what it now takes to stay on a list like this. Modeling or acting alone can still build global recognition, but many of the women rising fastest now operate across several worlds at once: Sydney Sweeney produces, Selena Gomez built Rare Beauty, Rihanna turned Fenty into an empire, Zendaya sits at the intersection of movies and fashion, and Dua Lipa moves easily between music and luxury campaigns.
That’s also why 36 of the previous 40 remain. Global recognition doesn’t disappear in twelve months. The interesting part is watching which newer names can build enough staying power to eventually challenge them.
How FashionBeans Updates This Ranking
FashionBeans has maintained this ranking for years, so each update starts with the existing list rather than rebuilding it from scratch. For 2026, we reviewed all 40 positions and considered current cultural relevance, career momentum, audience interest, fashion influence and global recognition.
Most of the previous list remains. We moved people only where the current case was strong enough to justify it, and added four women whose recent impact made their absence harder to defend than their inclusion.
There is no formula for “hot.” Data and current work inform the discussion, but the final order is an editorial judgment. That’s also why this list includes actresses, musicians, models and other public figures rather than measuring one industry.
Updated: October 2026 | Women reviewed: 40 | New entries: 4 | Final decision: FashionBeans editorial judgment.
